ORDER AND DELIVERY

In order to know if your purchase has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase and confirmation from Stripe.com saying that the transaction was successful. Then, once the order has left the factory, you will receive an email from DOS61 with the tracking number. (please check the spam folder.) Use the tracking number to check the delivery status: https://www.trackyourparcel.eu/

If the tracking number does not work try again in a few hours, or if you haven't received the email, please contact us at: contact@dos61.com ; referecing your order number.

 

SHIPPING TIME

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9 and 18hs (except bank holidays).

Delivery time varies by destination:

3 Business Days to Spain - Portugal

5 Business Days to France - Italy - Netherlands - Belgium - UK - Italy - Germany

From 7 to 10 Business Days to rest of the EU

For Deliveries outside the EU clients are responsible for the local and tariff taxes.

 

WARRANTY

What is the warranty on DOS61® products?

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Please to start the procedure send a email to: contact@dos61.com / subject: WARRANTY

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is the DOS61® return Policy?

For products delivered within in EU, we will accept returns for a change of mind within 30 days from date you receive the product. If you find a fault or break there is a warranty of 3 months. (*check our warranty information)

Under what circumstances can I return the product?

• If you received a product you did not order.
• The product is not your size or you do not like it.
• The product has a failure or breakage.

- ATTENTION: The product must be without use marks.

How do I make a return or exchange?

1. CONTACT US: Fill out the form for exchanges and returns.

For exchanges and returns you must access the "CONTACT US" tab in the online store and fill out the form requesting the Exchanges and Returns. It is important to facilitate your order number during the process.

After sending the information, you will received an email from DOS61 with the instructions and a special label to return the product to DOS61. Please, Do not forget to check the SPAM folder in your email account!

In case of exchange and return for a defective product access: https://uk.dos61.com/pages/claim-of-defects and fill out the evaluation form.

2. PACK THE PRODUCT - It must be packed as it was received (box, reusable bag and protective papers).

- It must be packed with the label we provide you by email.- If you return more than one product they must be individually packed.

3. POST THE PRODUCT

You will have to go to the nearest post office or delivery points. On the label we provided you, you have all the instruccions.

It is important to keep the receipt from the Mail Post as a warranty.

4. GET THE E-MAIL CONFIRMATION FROM DOS61

In the case that you start the procedure for exchange, once the order has left the factory, you will receive an email from DOS61 with the new tracking number.

 

How much time do I have to make a return or exchange?

The request for exchange and return must be made within 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the product.

 

How long do I have to cancel the product?

If you have made your purchase and for some reason you wish to cancel, it will be necessary to send an email to contact@dos61.com with your order number and a reason for cancellation.

Products are shipped in 2 or 3 business days after purchase; If your request cancellation is before the product has been sent the refund can be made the same day (and you will be credited in your account within 2 to 3 days). If the order has already been shipped, once you received the product you can follow the exchange or return process. (*check our exchange & return information).

 

How long will it take to receive a refund?

As soon as we receive the product, we action the refund. The value will be canceled and credited to the same card that made the purchase, but the process can take from 2 to 3 working days.
